14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Velora product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at dylanhb987@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Items damaged through misuse, opened consumables, and shipping fees are not refundable. Defective products are covered by our 1-year warranty and will be replaced free of charge.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email dylanhb987@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
